Admission

ADMISSION:  

1. Registration for nursery to VIII opens from 1st January.

2. Prents will be required to submit appropriate proof of age and two passport size photographs of the student.

3. The date of birth once entered in the school records will be final,hence great care should be taken to record the date of birth in the admission form.

4. The decision of the admitting authority shall be final in selection of students.No reason will be to parents in this regards.

5. Admission is strictly based on performance of a child in test and interview(except Nur.Class) conducted by the school.

NOTE:     

Transfer of school Leaving Certificate and Progress Report shall not be issued untill all dues are paid.Duplicate copies of such certificates are not issued.In special circumstances,such certificates are issued after obtaining permission of Education Department and on payment of an amount decided by the school as Duplicate Certyificate fee.

AGE

   The age limit will be as follows:

   Pre-Nursery         2+

   Nursery             3+

   Prep                4+

   First               5+

ATTENDENCE

Class attendance is the most important routine at the school.All students are required to attend school regularly.Leave may be taken in case of urgent work/illness.

But proper sanction has to be obtained from the Headmistress in writing.In case of illeness the parent/guardian of the student must inform in the same in writing.The fine Rs.25/- per day will be charged in case proper sanction of leave has not been obtained and no information given in writing.This fine is only charged to make sure that the school has proper information about the child.

LEAVE RULES

       Absence without leave is viewed seriously and in case of ten consecutive days of absence the name of the pupil shall be struck off the rolls.He would be re-admitted after playing all the dues with fresh admission fee,and that too at the discretion of the Headmistress.

      It is compulsory for students to complete 75% attendance in the year to make them eligible for promotion to the next class.

      For leave of absence,a letter must be sent by the parent and also a note made in diary.All students are expected to attend class on the opening day after each of the vacations and on the closing day before the vacations.

WITHDRAWAL

1. If a child has to be withdrawn from school,parents are requested to give one calendar months’ notice in writing,failing which, one month’s free will be charged in lieuthereof.Exception may be made in case of sudden transfer of Government of Military Personnel.
2. Those who leave the school in may must in all cases pay the fees for the month of June.
3. Students can be asked toleave the school on the foolowing grounds.
4. a) Disciplinary.

              b).Unsatisfactory progress in work.

              c). Detention or repeated detention in a class.
